i will show you to how to create or delete folders or directory in command prompt in given steps...

step 1 :

open command prompt in win+r to open run. and type cmd to open command prompt

 step 2 :

type an directory i am chose an directory E:\

and type this code  md chosed folder name

step 3 : 

i am show to selected folder in this image

step 4 : that folder was add my directory.and am remove in directory that folder in command...

type this rmdir newfolder and u enter to remove an directory..
