step 1 :

open search and search  the group policy click an edit group policy in the images ...

 step 2 :
open an group policy click an administrative templatesand click right side in windows components...

 step 3 :
scroll down and click the windows defender..open the windows defender...

step 4 :

you will click that and you will enable and click apply...then the windows defender is stop working...
